Mama Sita de San Pé is the first and only gourmet streetfood in Carloforte founded by Riccardo Aste.
Our menu is dedicated to those who, during the summer, want to spend an evening enjoying excellent grilled or fried fish and to taste our special TunaBurgers, surrounded by the suggestive landscape of the Carloforte salt pans.
The prime ingredients are important to us, which is why the Red Tuna in our sandwiches is only purchased from our official partner Tonnare P.I.A.M.
