ASD Wellness Sport Carloforte was born in 2019 thanks to the passion for fitness of its two young founders. This association aims to offer an all-round experience for anyone who wants to approach the world of fitness and sport, proposing a wide range of fitness courses suitable for all ages and genres. Inside the gym you will find the ground floor dedicated to bodybuilding and weight training, and the first floor with two fitness rooms where our courses are held. The facility is equipped with an office, 4 changing rooms, bathrooms, safes, and is a fully air-conditioned environment that allows for a pleasant workout all year round. The facility is on the outskirts of the city centre, which is easily accessible on foot. there is easy parking nearby.
