In 1980, the year we opened the restaurant. The idea was to enhance in the kitchen the flavour of tuna, caught in the months of May and June in the clear waters of our wonderful island.
The fragrances and flavours of traditional Tabarkan cuisine are expressed in the wonderful tuna hors d’oeuvres: musciamme, bottarga, cuore, capunnadda.
This is followed by first courses with the inevitable cascà of Tunisian origin, bobba flavoured with basil and marjoram, cassulli and fresh pasta with tasty seafood sauces.
Second courses, all based on fresh fish, are offered daily by the local fishermen: mullet, bream, lobster and tuna with an inimitable taste.
