After the Girotonno, another beautiful series of festivals will involve Carloforte from late June the beginning of July. The traditional holiday of San Pietro will take place the 29th of June, with a whole series of events that will last until July 3 ,involving theatrical events and traditional folk music groups. On July there will be the Festa dello Sport (Sports Festival) with many sports competitions on land and sea, while the 2nd and 3rd of July Carloforte will host the event Primavera Sulcitana (Sulcitana Spring).

A charming location, consisting of towering cliffs overlooking deep sea, composed of thousands of shades of green and blue, the Gulf of Mezzaluna offers a unique pebble beach, accessible only by sea.

The Cascà is another traditional dish of Carloforte which has its origins in the Tabarka cuisine. It is a variant of the famous couscous, a traditional North African dish.
The dish is based on a semolina grain preparation, steamed and seasoned with vegetables and chickpeas. Its preparation is simple if you use ready-to-cook semolina and a couscous steamer.
